Cotton Lane Resort is a brand new facility for RV's, Park Models and Mobile Homes, featuring some of the largest lots and homesites in the industry! Located approximately 15 minutes west of Phoenix, just off I-10, Phase I of has recently opened with 285 spaces (40 pull thru lots), and Phase 2 is under construction. A practice executive golf course is also under construction, with 4 holes located through the spacious resort (golf course lots available!). The full-time, friendly staff will make your stay comfortable with activities and amenities! The resort has shuffleboard, bocci ball, pool table, games and card tournaments, indoor heated pool and jacuzzi, phone and internet connections, and state of the art laundry facilities.
